Spanning a seemingly normal Sunday, a young man spends the day grappling with his biggest adversary - his own alter ego. The film gives us an opportunity to explore the way in which we relate to ourselves. Illustrating the inner turmoil and chaos we all deal with in the hope that we may all look at ourselves in a slightly different way. Just being kinder to ourselves.
